The main dishes, which are carefully prepared one by one after you place your order, use "Ebino Kogen Eggs" from Ebino City, Miyazaki Prefecture. These eggs, produced from the bounty of Kirishima's nature and carefully raised chickens, are characterized by their elasticity and rich flavor. You can choose from egg dishes such as "Egg Galette with Miyazaki Prefecture Prosciutto and Kinako Powder," "Sadowara Eggplant Dress Omelet," "Shimaura Sea Bream and Zucchini Tegamino," and "Omelet Wrapped in the Bounty of Miyazaki."
In addition, salads, cheeses, soups, and other items are available in a half-buffet style.
