Hiyoshi Roll [Strawberry]
This roll cake, named after Chef Patissier Hiyoshi, changes flavor with the seasons. This month's flavor is the popular strawberry roll! Mascarpone cream and strawberries are rolled in fluffy dough.

The second installment of the jewel sweets series "Jewel Couleur" that you'll want to give on a special occasion
"Jewel Couleur" is a jewel sweet that has evolved into a more sophisticated item by adding a Japanese touch to "Jewel Angel," which was so popular that it sold out on the day reservations opened for the year up until March this year.
The dish was created by pastry chef Yuko Kawano, winner of the 2024 BEST CHEF Cooking Competition, which was held by the MyStays Hotel Group with the aim of making food a strong pillar of the hotel brand, after repeated trial and error.
