Hygiene Safety Policy for Garden Buffet Pine Terrace.

We are enforcing the below policy for hygiene safety at the Garden Buffet Pine Terrace.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this serious matter.

・All culinary staff are required to wear masks and surgical gloves at all times.
All guest relation staff are required to wear masks at all times.
・There are alcohol disinfection solution dispensers at all outlet entrances and within.
・Every 30 minutes, the buffet serving tongs are rotated to new ones.
・We will provide individual tongs to anyone who requests them.

The all-new Pine Terrace’s Miyazaki Regional theme highlights the wonderful taste of Miyazaki-grown food. This buffet-style restaurant features local cuisine crafted from traditional Miyazaki fruits and vegetables, award-winning Miyazaki beef, rich seafood nurtured in the Kuroshio Current off Miyazaki’s scenic coast, and other mouth-watering treats from Miyazaki’s treasure trove of tastes in world-class dishes that bring out the absolute best in each delicious ingredient.

New Teppanyaki and BYO-style beverage corner create a resort-type food experience

In the center of the buffet area is a salad bar designed especially for this restaurant. Guests start their dining experience by helping themselves to a hearty serving of fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables. Chefs highlight their masterful culinary skills right in front of guests at the new teppanyaki grill to create wonderfully delicious dishes served piping hot. The buffet features unique sections for local cuisine, pizza, dessert, and more. The attractive display of fresh vegetables, seasonal ingredients, and menu written on a blackboard all create a traditional market-like atmosphere. The beverage corner offers a wide selection of wines, Japanese sake and shochu at reasonable prices. In this BYO-style (Bring Your Own), guests make a purchase and take it to their table.
