Phoenix Seagaia Resort "All facilities closed" information

Held over three days from January 9th to 11th, 2024 as part of work style reform

Phoenix Seagaia Resort will be closed for three days from January 9th (Tuesday) to January 11th (Thursday), 2024.
At our resort, we believe that in order to improve customer satisfaction, it is first necessary for our staff to take sufficient time off and spend quality time, so as part of our "work style reform," we will be closing all of our facilities in 2020. It has been held every year since 2015.
All staff (*) including telephone staff and sales staff will be on leave, so we understand that this may cause some inconvenience to our customers and business partners who are planning to use our service. However, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*Staff involved in facility maintenance and management may come to work during this period, but they are scheduled to take leave on a different day.
*The Seagaia official app will not be available for system maintenance during the three days when all facilities are closed.
